The Challenge

DAM service provider Digizuite offers users features for digital assets and content, such as approving and publishing assets, role-based access control and the creation of automated workflows for approvals and sharing. With our years of experience with all aspects of the Episerver platform, Niteco was perfectly suited to be Digizuite’s partner for this project.

Digizuite was striving for a seamless Episerver connector that puts content at the heart of the CMS. This would allow editors of Episerver websites that also use Digizuite’s DAM to streamline their workflows, making Digizuite more attractive to owners of Episerver sites.

The Solution

A multi-person team of Niteco developers and testers went about creating the add-on. After having delivered on every sprint and milestone on time and within budget, Niteco’s team was able to release the very first version of the Digizuite DAM add-on on Nuget, making it available for developers to use within Episerver.

Services Delivered:

The Result

The response to the connector has been overwhelmingly positive, both from Episerver and from Digizuite’s customers. Within months of go-live, three large enterprise customers were already using the connector, and many more have expressed explicit interest in doing so shortly. The push for the Epi connector is in perfect alignment with Digizuite’s aggressive expansion plan for the US and Europe.
