Episerver makes personalization its third pillar with Intelligence Cloud

Episerver, the industry-leading CMS and E-Commerce platform provider, is taking its personalization suite into the cloud. The company announced this week that all its modules focused on personalization and recommendations would be collected under a shared offerings banner, called Intelligence Cloud.

The company had previously already collected its CMS and E-Commerce offerings under the umbrellas of Content Cloud and Commerce Cloud, respectively. With Intelligence Cloud becoming the company’s third key offering, Episerver highlights the importance of personalization for any web presence.

The decision creates a clear differentiation for the data, recommendations and analytics aspects of the company’s Digital Experience Platform. The following Episerver products are part of Intelligence Cloud: 

• Content Intelligence (formerly Idio, recently acquired)
• Content Recommendations
• Email Content Recommendations (new feature)
• Product Recommendations
• Email Product Recommendations
• Personalized Search & Navigation
• Visitor Intelligence
• Customer Data Platform
